STRENGTH MAINTENANCE  – SPEED, POWER DEVELOPMENT –  TRYOUT PREP

Maintain and develop all of the physical capabilities you will need to perform at your
highest level all year long.

STRENGTH MAINTENANCE

– Training sessions Monday – Friday
– September 1st to April 31st
– All sessions are 60-75 minutes in length (depending on playing schedule and
session demands)

SPEED, POWER DEVELOPMENT

– ELITE and DEVELOPMENT programs available for all ages and training backgrounds
– Nutritional counselling

TRYOUT PREP

– Programs emphasize strength maintenance, power and speed development, recovery, mobility, joint health.
