Brandon Merli - Owner / Director

RedLine Conditioning Brandon is a local product and Kitchener Ranger alumni, having played from 1996 to 2000. He is currently in his 8th season as the Kitchener Rangers Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. His knowledge and experience as a player makes Brandon and his staff an excellent choice for individual or team training throughout the year. Brandon shows great passion for what he does and possesses a vast knowledge on all aspects of fitness such as: strength training, conditioning training, and nutrition. He will support and motivate you during every step of your fitness journey.

Brandons goal as a personal trainer is to optimize the health, training and competition performance of every client he trains. He is extremely passionate about sharing his knowledge to help others be excited about leading a healthy lifestyle and improving their overall quality of life. Brandon has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from fitness beginners to Professional athletes. He focuses on injury prevention and functionally-sound movement patterns to make sure each client is getting the absolute most out of their training sessions.

By combining strength and resistance training with core conditioning and a wide variety of cardiovascular training, I can assist you in setting and achieving your lifestyle and fitness goals.


Ian Schnarr - Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

RedLine Conditioning Ian is a born and raised Kitchener product and former multi-sport athlete. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, and also possesses an HBASc Kinesiology degree and a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma. Ian brings with him widepsread experience training athletes of various sports at the OCAA, CIS and National Team level, as well as extensive roles as a clinical kinesiologist.







Stephanie Merli - Owner/Director

RedLine Conditioning Stephanie brings with her a wealth of personal and client training experience. She is the director of our 12-Week Total Body Transformation Program (TBT), which comprises of one-on-one training with nutrition counselling and yields some UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS. She is an OPA Fitness competitor and has the experience and personality to guide our clients over any road bump they may face.
