Off Season Athletic Development

RedLine Conditioning

Training sessions: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
Date: May 5th – August 21st

  • All sessions 90 minutes in length
  • Session Start times: May 4th-June 26, 2:30,4,5,6,7PM,
  • June 29th-Aug 21st, 11 am, 2:30,4,5,6PM (addition times may be added)
  • Wed sessions used for Regeneration and Yoga (Pay as you Go Available)
  • Saturday Session for makeup sessions and offsite Track/Hill training 10am,11am
  • Full Initial Functional Movement Assessment, Base Line Fitness Testing
  • Tracked results with Retest every 6 weeks
Comprehensive Program Design
  • On Ice Component Available, Coached by Jamie Israel of ES Hockey Training
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Skills – Stick Handling and Shooting available after session
  • RLC Performance Shirt, Short and Hat Included
Each Session Consists Of:
  • Myofascial Release(Foam Rolling)

Adult Performance Training Program

Redline Conditioning offers state of the art Adult Group Fitness classes designed to build healthy, fully-functioning members of the general public. Whether you are a university student or 60-year old, former athlete or fitness newbie, male or female – our fitness classes truly are diverse. Classes are designed to accommodate your needs, whatever they are. Whether you are looking to get stronger, lose weight, eliminate nagging injuries, lift heavy, or simply looking to have some fun and burn off some steam. All of our members receive adequate coaching and advanced assistance on all technique and proper movement patterns. It is absolutely imperative that each individual is able to perform all exercises properly so that you can remain healthy and injury-free in the gym. We take pride in making sure each and every member is functioning optimally before we place them in any tough situations or advanced lifts.

Our Adult Program, which places a strong emphasis on mobility and proper movement patterns, is combined with various strength, power, and conditioning exercises to provide you with an all-encompassing fitness program. Challenges and exercises vary day by day. Our members lift heavy and smart in order to fight back and remain strong every day. Team Training workouts are carefully constructed using the latest strength and conditioning protocols, with safety and effectiveness our top priority. Our workouts are periodized through the month to meet the collective goals of the team, and we offer a variety of workouts to meet many interests and almost any level of fitness. Workouts have three great aspects: expert trainers leading you, science-based prescription, and an incredible team environment. Our trainers know how to supervise and correct movement appropriately so you can be confident that you are getting the best training around.


Small Group Training

RedLine Conditioning

Group trainings offer athletes of all ages with an opportunity to train in a group setting atmosphere amongst their peers. Sessions are designed to focus on total body strength with athletes rotating between strength training exercises, speed and agility courses and focused sports performance activities.

Our Small Group Training Program is a must-attend for any athlete looking to make significant strides in overall athletic performance. This fully structured, shared group program focuses on the key areas of athletic performance for the ever-evolving athlete. We will help identify your athletic needs and goals and address them with detailed, individual workouts each and every day, and our Personal Trainers will teach and improve your age-specific components of athletic performance, greatly improving your performance during competition. Choose your length of program and your training frequency and we will do the rest!

One-on-one training will provide individuals who are serious about and committed to their personal fitness with a program tailored to meet their specific needs. Whether the goal is to lose weight, gain strength or improve balance and coordination, one-on-one sessions will enable individuals to meet their goals in a focused environment that maximizes results safely and effectively.

Our programs are designed by our head instructor, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and focus on athletic development and performance.
