Located in Kitchener, ON, Redline Conditioning is the Official Strength and Conditioning provider of the Kitchener Rangers, Kitchener Dutchmen, Kitchener Minor Baseball and many other elite male and female sports teams and athletes.
All Redline programs will take place at 675 Queen St. South, Kitchener, (Entrance off of Woodside Ave. Unit 110 on the main level).

At RedLine Conditioning, we want to ensure that all of our members begin their exercise program in a safe, effective, results driven environment. To help our members achieve their individual health & fitness goals, RedLine offers a comprehensive Assessment Program that includes:
- Body composition and measurements including body fat percentage, body mass index and measurements
- Brief Medical History
- Exercise assessment to evaluate form and technique, workout experience and general exercise knowledge
- Lifestyle and nutritional assessment
- Strategic Goal Setting and Exercise Prescription
- Re-assessments every 8 weeks to ensure our Members are on target to achieve their personal health & fitness goals
The assessment will help us determine which exercises we need to incorporate into your program to ensure you are achieving your full potential. No one body is built the same, and not everyone should be placed under the same demands as another individual. Our assessment will also make sure we are not including any exercises that may compound an existing issue.
